How to publish your job postings on APEC using Marvin Recruiter
1. The obligation to sign an ADEP agreement
Since November 2019, it has been mandatory to subscribe to an ADEP subscription for all companies that want to publish their job offers on APEC (Association for the Employment of Executives) from a multi-distributor ATS such as Marvin Recruiter.
To do this, simply follow the steps below:
- Send your request.
- Receive, complete, and return the document that validates your ADEP subscription with APEC.
- Provide us with your identification number.
- Inform them of the date on which your job postings will be published on Marvin Recruiter.

2. Validate your ADEP subscription with APEC
If you are not an ADEP subscriber, simply send them a request of this type to adep@apec.fr

APEC will send you a form to fill out and, once the agreement is signed and your APEC account is activated, will assign you an identification number which you will need to send to us.
3. Sending your identification number to Marvin Recruiter
After concluding the agreement with Apec, you are simply asked to share your ADEP identification number with our support team by sending an email to support@marvinrecruiter.com
Once we receive your email, a member of our team will take charge of your request and will assist you until your ads are validated and are indeed online on the APEC platform.
