The 5 steps of your onboarding

1. Retrieving your needs
Let's take a moment to understand your needs:
- How do you work?
- How many people will be using Marvin?
- Do you already have an ATS or a database?
- Do you have any applications you want to integrate?
2. Import your database
We need a CSV file containing your database to import into our ATS.

3. Personalizing your space
You can customize the filters, the columns of the different Kanban boards, and the business and skills fields of your company.
4. Integration of your applications
Tell us the names of the applications you usually work with, and we'll see what we can integrate.
We work with email marketing, automation, and multi-channel distribution tools.
5. Onboarding your team
Schedule a 30-minute to 1-hour training session with our product owner.
We'll show you the tool in more detail, sharing tips and best practices.
The tool is easy to learn, and you'll instinctively start using Marvin.
Our support team will remain available to assist you afterward.
