How did you find out about Marvin Recruiter?
I was contacted by Amaury in June 2022. I was using an ATS that was becoming obsolete and was not meeting my needs. I was thinking of changing it.
I chose Marvin Recruiter because the business developer Amaury really took an interest in the needs related to my business.
How many ATS do you know?
I have known and/or used 5 ATS in total with big names like Werecruit or Taleez, but also small independent ones.
What did you like about Marvin Recruiter?
What I appreciate most about Marvin Recruiter is the constant evolution of its features.
It's an evolving ATS. I wanted to find options I had in my old ATS, and the features are being added gradually.
The team is also very receptive to feedback on new ideas. The solution is technical, and the approach is human.

How long have you been using Marvin Recruiter?
It's been almost six months , since June. Amaury offered me a demo of the tool, and then I had a free 7-day trial of all the features . Amaury called me back right after that week, but I hadn't had time to use it, so he gave me another week of access. I appreciated that.
As soon as I started using Marvin, I immediately saw an increase in productivity. I am now completely satisfied with it.
What are Marvin Recruiter's qualities?
- The tool's aesthetics are highly visual and easy to read , making information intuitive to find. Furthermore, the tool is accessible on
smaller screens such as tablets or Chromebooks. - The Kanban method = I can see at a glance where I am. I can see the available positions, how long they've been open, who is currently in process, and the visuals allow me to see the information quickly and precisely.
- It's a tool that's constantly evolving with new and relevant features. When I make recommendations, they're taken into account. The Marvin team is very responsive to user feedback. For example, a button was removed, and they put it back after I pointed it out. I report bugs, and they're addressed quickly. There's excellent communication with the technical team.
- The prospecting aspect of the business: I see where I stand on the client side = have the conditions been sent? Signed? Which clients can I prospect later?
- The career site is simple, efficient, and candidate-focused.
- Billing: I save valuable time searching for billing information. Once the invoice has been generated, I can view the terms and conditions directly in the company tab.
- The customizable automations are very efficient; I save
considerable time by using a single tool.
For example, if a candidate changes stages, I'm prompted to
automatically send them an email with a
personalized template. Every process failure must be justified with
a reason. Finally, I can send a WhatsApp message or schedule a meeting
with the candidate in my calendar directly from the tool! Everything is
accessible. - There's a sharing link for companies . I can send my clients updated status updates on candidates in the application process. This unique link
allows them to view profiles without contacting me.

How do you use Marvin Recruiter? What are the most frequently used features?
- I mainly use the candidate process tracking : sourcing, telephone qualification, process setup, candidate follow-up, process tracking until they have been hired, and then being able to view the company profile.
- I like the feature that automatically puts the appointment in Google Calendar (saves 10 minutes every time).
- Emails with customizable templates
- The hunting section on LinkedIn.
- The business prospecting tab and the company profile with contact information for each structure is very practical on a daily basis.
- Tracking each candidate profile is very easy thanks to the kanban board; it's visual and very efficient.
How much time do you estimate you save per week thanks to Marvin?
Thanks to Marvin Recruiter, I estimate I save two hours of work time per day thanks to automations and the tool's simple and efficient navigation. I no longer have to check my email or calendar, and I avoid copying information, which can lead to errors. I save a significant amount of time on candidate and contract tracking.
This allows me to be more productive and responsive, and to quickly find and follow up with candidates . I can find anyone in my database using the phone number search. Automatic appointment scheduling in Google Calendar also saves me time, as does the WhatsApp link.
My clients also save time thanks to the sharing links for updated candidate tracking in the process.
How does Marvin help you with your daily prospecting?
Marvin allows me to track my prospects at each stage so I can intervene quickly using the Kanban board. I can monitor the prospecting status
for each company through note-taking and also record contacts.

How does Marvin help you with candidate sourcing?
Thanks to Marvin, I can quickly filter candidates already in my database by skills and years of experience. This allows me to leverage candidates I already know, saving me time. The candidates are more receptive because they already know me.
I can easily tell if the project I have to propose to them might interest them thanks to the notes I leave on their profile after each interaction.
Reading CVs is also very reliable and allows for the compilation of skills noted by the candidate.
Why should a recruiter work on Marvin?
For me, choosing Marvin means avoiding the trap of the well-known, expensive, and impersonal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The tool is scalable and designed around the entire
recruitment process, not just multi-posting, even though Marvin offers this feature on many job boards.
Marvin is the choice of a personalized approach and close collaboration . In my opinion, successful recruitment requires responsiveness without getting bogged down in lengthy and tedious processes and risking losing a candidate. Marvin provides a quick, simple, efficient, and relevant overview of these processes.
The team responds quickly, it's not a "bureaucratic nightmare," for every request I am taken into consideration and the response is quick, the solution relevant.
