JM Cathala: a successful migration to Marvin Recruiter

JM Cathala is a long-established recruitment agency with a team of 7 and is experiencing rapid growth. Faced with this growth and evolving needs, the agency had to redesign its applicant tracking system to support its development.
The challenge
JM Cathala was using an ATS that no longer met its needs, particularly due to its lack of adaptability to the growing team size and the new demands of hybrid work.
