How to publish your advertisements on Apec from Marvin Recruité
1 - The obligation to sign an ADEP agreement
Since November 2019, it is compulsory to subscribe to an ADEP subscription for all companies that want to publish their job offers on APEC (Association for the employment of executives) from a multi-diffuser ATS such as Marvin Recruiter.
To do so, simply follow the steps below:
- Send your request.
- Receive, fill out and return the document which validates your ADEP subscription to APEC.
- We communicate your identification number.
- inform them of the date on which the broadcast of your ads will take effect from Marvin Recruit

2 - Validate your follower subscription with APEC
If you are not subscribed, just send them a request for this type to adep@apec.fr

The APEC will send you a table to complete and will attribute you, once the agreement is signed and your APEC account activated, an identification number that you will have to send us.
3 - Transmission of your identification number to Marvin recruit
After concluding the agreement with the APEC, you are simply asked to share your ADEP identification number with our support team by sending an email to support@marvinrecruit.com
Once your email is received, a member of our team will take care of your request and will accompany you until the validation is online on the APEC platform.
