JM Cathala: A successful migration to Marvin Recruit

JM Cathala is a historic recruitment firm, made up of 7 people and in full expansion. Faced with rapid growth and evolving needs, the firm had to rethink its candidate management tool to support its development.

The challenge

JM Cathala used an ATS which no longer corresponded to its needs, in particular because of its lack of adaptability to the growing size of the team and the new requirements of hybrid work. The cabinet had a strong desire to move on to a SaaS, more agile solution and capable of effectively exploiting its data accumulated over more than twenty years.

To ensure the best choice, the team led an in -depth benchmark by meeting 14 ATS solutions, before restricting their choice to two finalists: Hiresweet and Marvin recruit.

Why Marvin Recruit?

The main identified brake was data migration. Some information had been kept for 17 years, which made a structuring onboarding crucial and personalized support. Marvin Recruite was able to distinguish itself by his ability to ensure fluid and secure migration, with rigorous monitoring by the technical team.

Several exchanges with the Tech team have made it possible to ensure that all of the data would be properly recovered and integrated into Marvin Recruit. Once this key step has been crossed, the JM Cathala team was ready to be onboard.

Immersive and efficient onboarding

The onboarding took place over two days directly on site. This moment was essential to promote the meeting between the teams of Marvin and JM Cathala, strengthen collaboration and ensure rapid adoption of the tool.

These two intensive days made it possible to offer detailed training and to collect the first feedback on the use of the ATS. The flexibility and proximity of the Marvin Recruiter team were highlights underlined by JM Cathala:

"What is good with you is that speech is free. There is a real proximity which allows a fluid collaboration. We are moving together. We spend 8h/day on the tool, so it was important for us to know that our opinion is taken into account."

Continuous support

Even today, the link between Marvin recruit and JM Cathala remains strong. Regular monitoring ensures that the tool always meets the needs of the firm and to deal with any questions quickly.
