After 8 years on HR functions in different fields, recruitment has always been an inspiration for me.

How did you know Marvin Recruit?
I was approached by Amaury in June 2022. I was using an ATS which became obsolete and did not bring me satisfaction. I was thinking of changing it.
I chose Marvin recruit because the business development Amaury really was interested in the need linked to my activity.
How many ATS do you know?
I have known and/ or used 5 ATS in total with big names like Werecruit or Taleez, but also small independents.
What did you like in Marvin Recruit?
What I appreciate the most in Marvin Recruiter is the constant evolution of features.
It is an ATS evolutionary. I wanted to find options I had in my old ATS, and the features come as you go.
The team is also very listening to feedback on new ideas. The solution is technical and the human approach.

How long have you been using Marvin Recruit?
Soon 6 months , since June. Amaury offered me a demo of the tool then I had a free trial of all features for 7 days . Amaury recalled right after this week, but I hadn't had time to use it, so he gave me a week of access. I appreciated this gesture.
As soon as I started using Marvin, I immediately saw that I was gaining productivity. I am now fully satisfied.
What are the qualities of Marvin to recruit?
- The aesthetics of the tool, very visual and easy to read , the information is intuitively.
smaller screens - The kanban method = I see right away where I am. I see the available positions, since when, which is there in process, and the visuals allow you to see the information quickly and precisely.
- It is a tool that evolves continuously with new relevant tools. When I make recommendations, they are taken into account. The Marvin team is attentive to user feedback. For example, there is a button that was removed and following my comments they put it back. I bring up the bugs and it is taken into account quickly. There is a very good exchange with the technical team.
- The company prospecting aspect: I see where I am a customer side = are the conditions sent? Signed? What customers can I prospect later?
- The career site, simple efficient and turned towards the candidate.
- Billing: I save precious time on the search for information related to invoicing. Once the invoicing has been made, I can see the conditions in the business tab and it is indicated directly.
- Configurable automation is very efficient, I save
considerable time using a single tool.
Example: If a candidate changes step, I am invited to
send him an email automatically with a
personalized template. Each process failure must be justified by
a pattern. Finally I can send a WhatsApp or set a point
with the candidate in my calendar from the tool! Everything is
accessible. - There is a sharing link on businesses . I can send my customers updated follow -up of candidates in process. With this unique link
allowing them to consult the profiles without soliciting me.

How do you use Marvin to recruit? What are the most used functions?
- I mainly use the monitoring of candidates' processes : sourcing, telephone qualification, processing, follow -up of the candidate, followed by the process until he was hired and then being able to consult the business sheet.
- I like the functionality that automatically makes the appointment in Google Agenda (10-minute gain each time).
- Emails with configurable templates
- The hunting part on LinkedIn.
- The corporate prospecting tab and the business sheet with contact on each structure which is very practical on a daily basis.
- The follow -up of each candidate profile is very easy thanks to the Kanban table, it is visual and very effective.
Do you think you save how long a week thanks to Marvin?
Thanks to Marvin Recruit I believe I win 2 hours per day of working time thanks to automation, simple and effective navigation on the tool. I no longer go through my mailbox, my agenda and I avoid copying them with information that can be a source of error. I save a lot of time on the follow -up of candidates and the monitoring of contracts.
This allows me to gain productivity, reactivity, to quickly find and relaunch the candidates . I find anyone in my base thanks to research by phone number. There are automatic appointments in Google Calendar which also save me time, as is the WhatsApp link.
My clients also save time thanks to the sharing of updated follow -up of candidates in process.
How does Marvin help you in your daily prospecting?
Marvin allows me to follow my prospects in stages to intervene quickly thanks to the Kanban table. I can follow the prospecting state
by company via the note taking and also note the contacts.

How does Marvin help you in the sourcing of candidates?
Thanks to Marvin I can quickly filter by skills and years of experience of candidates already in my base. It allows me to capitalize on candidates that I already know, it saves me time. The profiles are more attentive because they already know me.
I can easily know if the project I have to offer them can interest them thanks to the notes that I leave on their profile with each exchange.
Reading CVs is also very reliable and makes it possible to compile skills noted by the candidate.
Why should a recruiter work on Marvin?
For me to choose Marvin is not to fall into the well -known costly and impersonal ATS trap. The tool is evolving and thought of "
recruitment process" and not just "multi -dissemination" although Marvin offers it on many jobboarding.
Marvin is the choice of a personalized approach and proximity . To succeed in its recruitments, you must, in my opinion, be reactive without getting lost in long and tedious processes and take the risk of losing a candidate. Marvin allows a rapid, simple, effective and relevant vision of his processes.
The team responds quickly, we are not in front of a "gas factory", for each request I am considered and the answer is fast, the solution relevant.
